Zapping is an album.
For sure.
I could spend words saying everything and its opposite.
It is a collection of works played and designed by to friends who love absurd and quotes. The idea of Zapping came sitting on the sofa, watching TV and switching channels, and it is a on a sofa where this
new album might be listened, as it ferry you from a world to another,
it guides the listener between very different pieces, all connected by
the same music colour, by similarities, by a “chinc”.
Frank Zappa is sitting with us; or we are sitting on his red sofa. After all these time we have been playing his music, we realized how much his personality has influenced us: the juxtaposition technique in fact has been the first source of inspiration for this work. It probably is the most pretentious and the most genuine at the same time, of our three albums.
We included new Zappa transcriptions, original compositions, improvisations, and much more hoping you to seat in between us and Frank enjoying Zapping as we have been doing while rehearsing and recording.

ps. You will see there is a guest musician: Nazareno.
He is a dear friend, eclectic and refined sounds “architect”. You will hear
him bowing Vibraphone, playing with bongrums and so on….
We really love him.
